Abstract Interested authors are invited to submit an abstract related to the conference themes. All submissions will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee, and authors will be notified upon their acceptance.
*Abstracts should not exceed 1500 characters (including spaces). Contributions may be allocated to conference sub-session different from those selected at the submission stage due to editorial or organizational purposes.
The abstract must be submitted via the ISSMGE Conference Review Platform, available on the RootS25 ISSMGE webpage here.
After the notification of acceptance, the authors are asked to prepare a four-page paper which will undergo a peer-review process by the Scientific Committee. The accepted contributions will be presented during the conference – either as oral presentation or as within a poster session – and included in Scopus-indexed Conference Proceedings.

If your contribution to RootS25 has been selected for poster presentation within the session scheduled for Friday, 7 November, we kindly ask you to prepare your poster following the template.

Before preparing your full paper, please note the following:
• All formatting instructions in the template provided must be strictly followed. Papers that do not follow the template will not be published. • The final paper must be 4 pages (no contributions with an odd number of pages are permitted), including all figures, tables, and references. • Copyright transfer is required for the conference papers; only a permission to publish is mandatory. • There will be no post-conference volume for late papers. Please check carefully the Important dates section of this bulletin for all deadlines. • In order for a paper to be published in the conference proceedings, at least one of the authors must register for the conference. • A maximum of one paper can be assigned to a registered participant.
